Our goal is to keep pricing transparent, fair, and grounded in real market data.  To do this, we benchmark our prices against the national direct-to-consumer averages published in the USDA National Grass Fed Quarterly Report.

Specifically, we look at the reported whole and half carcass hanging weight values for pasture-raised and grass-fed livestock.  We then align our pricing closely with those averages while accounting for our farm’s production practices, animal welfare standards, and local markets.

This approach helps ensure our customers pay a price that reflects both national market conditions and the true cost of responsibly raising animals on pasture.
