Thanks to incredible support from our community, all of our pasture-raised pork and beef for the 2026 season is fully reserved.
 
We’re working hard to grow enough animals to meet the demand while still raising them the right way — on pasture and at a natural pace. Because of that, we can’t rush production without sacrificing quality.
 
We will begin taking reservations for the 2027 season in Fall 2026. If you missed this year, we’d love to have you on next year’s list.
